Jiangmen City Powder Metallurgy Factory, Ltd.(here after stated as JPMF) was established in
the July of 1975. In 1994, under the support and help from the concerned companies, JPMF turned over from a state-owned one to a limited enterprise. During years of reforming and developing, JPMF has built up a vigorous and operative organization system, under which all kinds of the company managements and technology are growing well. JPMF has formed a development way with its characteristics.
The company has become a middle-sized enterprise that producing ferrite magnets, iron and copper based P/M components, bonded Ne-Fe-B magnets, accurate micro oil impregnated bearing, injection plastic magnets and products, soft ferrite cores, diamond and hard alloy ware products. The output of the leading product of the company—permanent ferrite magnets arcs used in the micro motors occupies over 60% of that of the whole country, and it is in the national leading position on the products property and quantity; the output volume and product quality of the soft ferrite cores are also being in the front position among the same field in nation. The newly developing products such as injection plastic magnets and accurate micro oil impregnated bearing have also been with high technical standard. The injection machine that we produce cooperating with the Taiwan TMC Technology Corp could be compared to some famous grade machines of foreign countries. Most of JPMF’s products were exported to Hong Kong, U.S.A., Japan, Taiwan and European countries and so on.. The revenue of 2007 is over RMB 800 million, among them, 29.61 millions of US dollars were come from the exported products. JPMF was awarded of “Nongovernmental Science & Technology Enterprise of Guangdong Province”, “Hi-tech Enterprise” of Guangdong Province and Listed number 64 in the 100 National Strong Enterprises of Electronic Elements” in 2007.
JPMF achieved ISO9002 certificate in 1999, achieved ISO9001:2000 certificate in January of
2003, passed the QS-9000 certificate in 2004, accieved ISO 14001 certificate in the October of 2006, and achieved ISO/TS16949:2002 in May of 2007. We will continue to follow our quality policy of “developing and innovating, pursuing the better, managing systemically, satisfying our customer”, improving and perfecting the company quality system to satisfy our customers with best products and services. |
